  Came here just for play place. The climbing stairs are really big and my small kid couldn't climb. Awful design. Placed a small order for my kids. There was no line. I must have waited 10 minutes until I asked the guy why he couldn't go scoop up fries. I had to tell a worker what to do. He just SAT there sipping his coffee. Reviews are spot on, this place is a joke.

  The worst Burger King experience ever! Asked to place two orders, they took one order and then walked away and forgot we wanted another order. Had to repeat the orders several times. Asked for everything deep fried to be made fresh and it wasn't so we brought it up to be replaced with hot food. They argued that it was. We got the order back and one burger was made wrong, we were missing the onion rings and they still didn't give us our drink cups. We shouldnt have to remind them to give us what we ordered. The manager Mark never apologized for anything. The cooks weren't wearing hats or hair nets and only one person was wearing a name tag. We've been to many BKs and this one has the worst customer service and food! Have it your way... Not at this BK.

  So about a week or so ago my husband and I stopped in for dinner, placed our order. The wait seemed a bit longer through drive through. We live within minutes from BK and out food was cold and my husband ordered bacon on his burger and got none. Called them up right away, and they offered to replace our order. So tonight again no kids so hubby and I stopped in for our replacement meals, this time we went inside and again cold food.
  
  The last visit was told understaffed and there was a visiting manager from another loction and tonight new manager and staffing seemed to be ok.
